In this article, the author underscored the importance of understanding the changes in gas composition through three steps of its production: first, the production in the combustion chamber; second, the cool down of gas to bring the Exothermic gas (Exo gas) to below the ambient temperature; and third, the introduction of the gas to the heat treat furnace.
