The Class of 2021 is a high-achieving, motivated, and heart-felt group of significant contributors to the heat treat market. Here are two highlights from this year’s class.

Vishal Nakhate is the quality manager at Bodycote Rochester. After showing routine success in dealing with the array of Bodycote customers and various customer service/quality topics, Vishal was promoted to quality manager in January 2017. He has a long history in working with securing certifications and was the one who oversaw the transition of the Rochester division from TS to IATF16949. Read more about Vishal here.

Scott Roberts is the marketing development manager at Bodycote Thermal Processing, Inc. He manages the representative network and has seven direct reports as a part of a group looking for additional growth in 2021. Scott has a certification in Effective Business Presentation with PowerPoint as well as a certification from Dale Carnegie Training for Effective Communication and Human Relations.
