The Class of 2021 is a high-achieving, motivated, and heart-felt group of significant contributors to the heat treat market. Here are two highlights from this year’s class.

Brendan Evans is the heat treat engineering technologist at Schaeffler Canada, Inc. He has led and implemented high level savings projects for a plant, some of which individually reduced manufacturing costs for specific products by up to $100,000 annually. Brendan has also successfully proposed, justified, and implemented capital investment projects up to $600,000 and was sent abroad to commission new manufacturing equipment worth over $2 million for the plant.
