What most people don't realize is that while stainless steel is corrosion resistant, it will rust in a lot of circumstances. Candidate should be an organized, creative, highly motivated, and responsible person who is willing to take ownership of multiple editorial responsibilities to help us accomplish our goal of making people happy by helping them to stay well informed about heat treating technologies and news.
The Social Media manager at HTT is mainly responsible for engaging and growing HTT’s audience using HTT content, social media tools (like carousels on LinkedIn or shortform videos), and social media performance analytics. The SM manager sets rhythms on how content is promoted and understands HTT’s brand/industry/tone.
Qualities of a successful SM manager:

- Self-disciplined, assertive, an executer, articulate, strategic, and someone who is not camera-shy
- Gets the team engaging with posts
- Will set up cadence for content distribution (e.g., HTR, Tradeshows)
- Researching current audience and developing new audience.

- Create Monthly/Yearly Goals and Strategies for the Social Media arm
- Recreate daily news/technical post 1/day on social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook)
- Incorporate larger HTT/HTT Editorial goals into daily/weekly/monthly/etc. plan
