Enrique Constantino is an engineering and procurement manager at ETSA Group. Enrique leads the design and construction of new furnaces and auxiliary equipment including salt bath technologies, integral quench furnaces, washers, ovens, and tanks.

Rubesh Ganesan is a metallurgist at Grede Holdings LLC. Rubesh manages the green sand system and has the reins on all metallurgical processes.
