AICHELIN Group Completes Acquisition of NITREX Divisions

The AICHELIN Group, a global provider of heat treatment solutions, has finalized its acquisition of the NTS & UPC business units from NITREX, Inc. The acquisition expands AICHELIN Group's technology portfolio with leading expertise in nitriding furnaces and represents the largest acquisition in the company's history.
