Sergio Gallegos Cantú - Senior Metallurgist, Quaker Houghton

- Sergio Gallegos Cantú is a seasoned metallurgist with 13 years of experience in heat treatment, currently serving as global senior metallurgist at Quaker Houghton’s Heat Treatment Center of Innovation in Philadelphia.
- After earning both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Materials Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León, he joined the company in 2018 as a product application manager in Mexico, providing technical support for heat treat clients across the region.

- Mason Heller has been a key driver behind the growth of laser hardening technology in North America over the past eight years distinguishing himself through a rare combination of technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership. As a key member of the Laser Hard team, Mason has played an instrumental role in pioneering the implementation and adoption of laser hardening technologies across multiple industries including mining, aerospace, firearms, and steel manufacturing.
