Brian Flynn is the plant manager at Erie Steel Ltd. As a third generation heat treater, Brian has a unique engineering/business management background and a rare skill set particularly relevant to the management of technical services, as is the case with heat treating. Dan Hill is a sales engineer at AFC-Holcroft. Dan has a broad engineering background that has helped him collaborate with customers to develop innovative, fully automated, and fully customized heat treating equipment. A licensed PE, Dan has held many management roles for project engineering, quality, and R&D efforts.
