Chase Gibbs is the supervisor of Operations at Advanced Heat Treat Corporation. Over the past couple of years, Chase has helped to implement a formal 6S program across all four AHT locations, standardized tool boards and tooling areas for better organization, and has researched and analyzed new equipment. Steve Pasker is the supervisor of Technical Operations at Advanced Heat Treat Corporation. After Steve became a full time operator at AHT, he soon progressed to heat treat technician, then to senior heat treat technician. He showed mastery in both his roles as a leader and as a supervisor. Today, he oversees a furnace line which includes services like carburizing, carbonitriding, normalizing, through hardening, annealing, and stress relieving. Read more about Steve here.
