An aircraft parts manufacturer has chosen a horizontal vacuum furnace intended for vacuum carburizing aircraft parts. The furnace will produce gears used in aircraft structural sub-assemblies.

Self-motivated results-oriented individuals that have the demonstrated capability to identify and implement on-going continuous improvement into manufacturing processes are desired. Requirements include a BS Degree in Engineering, and a minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience. Experience in CNC machining, heat treating and/or precision production grinding, lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma methodologies are preferred.
