Jennifer Bendle is a metallurgist and QA engineer at Specialty Steel Treating. In the last calendar year, Jennifer updated over 50 operating procedures and process work instructions. Jennifer has worked diligently to investigate and conduct Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) to make process improvements that incorporate error-proofing, minimize risk of reoccurrence, and develop training materials. Alex Luyima is a materials/metallurgical engineer at Toyota Motor North America, Inc. He received a Master of Science in Light Metals Production from Norwegian University of Science and Technology before coming to Missouri University of Science and Technology to earn his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering. Among many other laboratory tasks, he also conducts failure analysis of automotive metal parts for Toyota and trains metallurgical technicians. Read more about Alex here.
